Job Description
NATURETECH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an IT & Systems Manager to lead ERP implementation, manage databases, and deploy project management tools. You will ensure smooth IT operations, provide troubleshooting support, and train staff to facilitate digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP implementation and customization.
- Manage secure databases, ensuring data accuracy.
- Configure project management tools (MS Teams, Jira, etc.).
- Provide technical support and conduct user training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field.
- 3–5 years of IT systems or ERP experience.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
