Job Description

Mars BPO is seeking energetic and motivated Customer Sales Representatives to support our Medicare campaign. This role involves delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales targets in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Medicare sales.
• Explain Medicare plans and benefits to clients.
• Assist customers in choosing suitable plans.
• Aim to achieve individual and team targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Call center or sales experience preferred.
• Able to work night shifts.

Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00 based on experience.
