Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases.
- Support onboarding and documentation.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to HR.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in HR or related fields.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
This is a 3-month internship with a stipend of PKR 10,00 to 25,00 per month, potentially leading to a permanent role.
