Job Description
Mars Junction, a part of Mars BPO PVT LTD, is looking for a dedicated IT Assistant for our Gulzar-e-Quaid branch in Rawalpindi. This full-time night shift position is essential for maintaining our BPO operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and maintain workstations and networking systems.
- Install and manage operating systems and industry-specific software.
- Ensure system security and data backup protocols.
- Provide real-time technical support to staff.
Requirements: 1-year experience in a BPO IT environment, strong hardware and networking skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
