Job Description

Awami Financial (Private) Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Verification Officer to join our call center team in the fintech sector. This role focuses on verifying customer information to ensure accuracy and support smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify customer details and documents over calls.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of verification results.
  • Identify and report any suspicious or incomplete information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with data.
  • Fintech experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs37,500.00 – Rs43,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
