Job Description
Awami Financial (Private) Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Verification Officer to join our call center team in the fintech sector. This role focuses on verifying customer information to ensure accuracy and support smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer details and documents over calls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of verification results.
- Identify and report any suspicious or incomplete information.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with data.
- Fintech experience is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
