Job Description
Shark Technologies is actively seeking a Dialer Administrator for our US-based call center located in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will manage and optimize automated call center dialing systems. Responsibilities include configuring campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with telemarketing regulations.
This role requires troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing call data to enhance agent productivity, and generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with a preference for candidates with experience in a US-based call center.
