Job Description
Fairways Logistics is seeking dedicated Call Center Representatives for our night shift team located in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. As the first point of contact for customers, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, conducting follow-up calls, and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system. We value excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work under pressure.
