Job Description
We’re hiring a skilled Tendering & Documentation Officer. This role requires real-world experience in construction tenders, documentation, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor platforms for relevant tenders.
- Prepare and submit BOQs and tender proposals.
- Coordinate with teams to gather essential inputs.
- Follow up on contracts, payments, and bid outcomes.
- Organize tender documentation and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 5 years of proven experience in construction or engineering projects.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Background in proposal/bid preparation preferred.
Retired Armed Forces personnel are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: PKR 40,00 – 50,00 per month, plus performance-based commissions.
