Job Description
Crumble Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Talent & Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will lead recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring HR policy compliance with laws and standards. Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, maintaining records, and providing guidance on HR matters.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field with proven experience in recruitment and HR compliance. Understanding labor laws and HR regulations is essential; experience with Flow HCM is a plus.
