Job Description
We are hiring Team Leads/Floor Managers to guide our Voice Agents.
Criteria:
- Leadership: Lead and mentor your team.
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure efficient team performance.
- Night Shift: Must be able to work night shifts.
- Experience: 1 year of management experience required.
