Location: First floor Al-Madina Center, Shimla Pahari, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Join Book 4 Trip as a motivated Reservations & Customer Support Specialist. You will excel in customer service, manage hotel bookings, and ensure a seamless experience for clients. Strong communication and technical skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels.
- Manage hotel bookings and modifications.
- Provide accurate information on services and policies.
- Resolve customer issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Urdu.
