Job Description
CCare, a fastest-growing company specializing in Mobiles, Accessories, and Solar products, is seeking a results-driven Service Center Supervisor for our partner site in Lahore.
Job Responsibilities:
You’ll maintain proactive communication with staff, monitor training opportunities, handle escalated service issues, oversee project timelines, and ensure adherence to audit standards. Occasional travel to other service centers may be required to identify best practices.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have over one year of experience in a customer service supervisory role, proficiency in English, and a strong knowledge of management practices.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
