Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and propose solutions.
- Prepare leadership meeting agendas and manage follow-ups.
- Draft reports and communications for stakeholders.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Lead cross-functional projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in business strategy or senior management.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
