Job Description
Platinum Tech, a Business Process Outsourcing company established in 2022 in Rawalpindi, is seeking Fresh Call Center Agents. Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Fresh Call Center Agent, you will support customers via phone, email, and live chat while maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications include strong customer service skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities. A high school diploma is required; prior customer service experience is preferred.
Note: This is a night shift position (06:00 PM to 04:00 AM).
