Job Description
PMS Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and dedicated HR Assistant to support our human resources department with various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist HR with routine tasks
- Help prepare regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists
Skills:
- Knowledge of office management systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Qualification: BBA Hons/MBA (Human Resource Management) required.
