Job Description
About the Role
Aklikx Technologies is seeking a confident, English-fluent individual with experience in international customer service or telesales (preferably from US or Canada campaigns). You will support our expanding home security and automation operations by managing customer inquiries, booking appointments, and guiding clients through the installation process.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handling inbound and outbound communications.
- Scheduling technician visits and installations.
- Following up with potential clients to close sales.
- Updating CRM and maintaining detailed notes.
- Meeting weekly targets for bookings and conversions.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of Rs90,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
