Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a courteous and professional Front Desk Officer to oversee front-office operations at Square One Mall. The ideal candidate will manage visitor interactions, coordinate with site management, and provide smooth administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and walk-in customers.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Handle inquiries and correspondence.
- Organize courier dispatches and document filing.
- Maintain a clean reception area.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience; customer-focused; strong communication skills.
Preference to candidates near Nazimabad/Pak Colony.
