Job Description
Job Description:
- Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements with company records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update the daily cash book, accurately recording all cash inflows and outflows.
- Maintain and reconcile stock/inventory records.
- Prepare and file withholding tax statements, ensuring timely deductions, deposits, and certificate issuance.
- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly sales tax returns, ensuring accuracy in input/output tax reporting.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field
