Job Description

AGILE HR is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager Administration. In this role, you will supervise fleet management, liaise with regulatory bodies, oversee office administration, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the upkeep of company assets. You will also prepare administrative budgets and support HR and HSE teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise fleet management.
  • Liaise with government agencies.
  • Oversee office administration and facility management.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Prepare administrative budgets.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 5-8 years in Administration, knowledge of fleet operations, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Benefits: 70cc bike, monthly fuel, Provident Fund, Medical, and bonuses.

Timings: 09:15 AM – 6:15 PM (Mon–Fri) | Alternate Saturdays | Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
