Job Description
User Experience Hub (PVT) LTD is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring Ashima’s software for attendance, managing guard schedules, and handling payroll and government remittances. Additional duties include assisting with performance evaluations, managing the hiring process, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and enforcing company policies.
The ideal candidate should also be skilled in addressing employee concerns, resolving disputes, and fostering a harmonious work atmosphere.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
