Job Description:
- Manage daily and monthly admin reports.
- Operate computerized weight scale for vehicle material measurements.
- Prepare gate passes and generate weight scale reports.
- Coordinate with HR and Admin Team on labor issues.
- Verify attendance and oversee overtime records.
- Supervise security and janitorial staff.
- Enrol workers in HRM and biometric systems.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills: Good communication, teamwork, eagerness to learn, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
