Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Haptic Outsource Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing all incoming telephone calls, accurately taking taxi bookings, and efficiently resolving a wide range of customer queries. This role is crucial to ensuring a smooth, reliable, and positive experience for all our passengers across the UK.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs250.00 – Rs350.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 72 per week
