Job Description
Linknbit is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team in G13, Islamabad. The successful candidate will assist in daily HR operations, maintain employee records, support recruitment, and implement HR policies.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain employee files, assist in recruitment, support onboarding and offboarding, ensure policy compliance, prepare HR documents, and coordinate performance reviews.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 0-2 years of HR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Starting from Rs35,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
