Job Description
Vantage Technologies is seeking a highly professional and experienced Customer Support Representative for inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess a clear British accent, and demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions timely and accurately
- Collaborate with the team for service improvement
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, 1.5 to 2 years of experience, strong communication skills.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (PKT)
Pay: Up to Rs65,00.00/month
