Job Description
AUTO CONNECT is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations, provide administrative support, and manage employee records. Responsibilities include processing documentation, coordinating HR projects, and facilitating payroll preparation. You will also help source candidates and conduct initial orientations for new hires.
Ideal candidates should have fast typing skills, a basic understanding of labor laws, and excellent communication skills. This full-time position works from 1 PM to 10 PM, with a salary of Rs25,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
