Job Description
Jawa Health Care is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Compensation: PKR 40,00 to PKR 45,00 per month
Job Type: Full-time, in-person, Monday to Friday (6 PM – 3 AM)
