Job Description
Join HR Viewpoint as an E-Commerce Operations Manager! In this role, you will oversee daily e-commerce operations across various platforms such as Shopify and Daraz. You will manage high-volume order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory flow while leading coordination with our warehousing, tech, customer experience, and merchandising teams.
Your responsibilities will include driving reporting, automation, and process innovation to enhance efficiency. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timelines, return rates, and order accuracy to ensure platform health, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs300,00.00 per month
