Job Description
TransLinguist is seeking a motivated Project Management Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage multiple localization projects, planning and executing them while ensuring quality assurance. Key responsibilities include liaising with sales staff, negotiating with vendors, managing project finances, and preparing documentation. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.
To qualify, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, possess excellent oral and written English skills, and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and a keen attention to detail are required. Experience in translation and localization project management is highly advantageous.
