Job Description
Arc Codes is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Closer for our Spectrum campaign. In this fast-paced call center environment, you will finalize deals immediately during live calls with interested customers.
Salary Range: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and commissions.
Work Timings: Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Close deals during live calls and utilize persuasive techniques.
- Build rapport and effectively communicate Spectrum’s benefits.
- Meet sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
Qualifications: Proven sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude are essential.
