Job Description
Shapes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this full-time position, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of our housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and order.
Your responsibilities include inspecting rooms, public areas, and back-of-house, training new staff on procedures, maintaining inventory, scheduling shifts, addressing guest complaints, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. You will also report maintenance issues promptly and oversee cleaning services for solar panels and deep cleaning as needed.
Pay ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs55,00.00 per month, and the position requires in-person work.
