Job Description
Join our dynamic team at H-Verse as a Customer Service Representative! In this full-time role, you will address customer inquiries, manage requests, and resolve complaints through various channels including phone, email, and social media. You will provide accurate information about our products and services while maintaining logs of all customer interactions.
Your duties will include processing orders, handling billing inquiries, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Building positive relationships with customers is key, as well as collaborating with other departments to address issues effectively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month. Work location: In person.
