Job Description
Join Abacus Consulting—BPO, with over 35 years of delivering advanced business solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated Team Lead in Islamabad to oversee operations, foster employee engagement, and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily team activities and adhere to policies and KPIs.
- Motivate team members and manage shift schedules.
- Conduct team meetings and resolve operational issues.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of Team Lead experience in a call center, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Working Hours: Rotational shifts (9 hours) with 2 days off weekly.
Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
