Job Description
Tekboox, a US-based IT Company, is urgently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to healthcare clients and manage patient scheduling for US doctors.
Key responsibilities include understanding insurance providers and their plans, familiarity with EMR/EHR and medical billing systems, and demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills.
Requirements include up to 2 years of professional experience, excellent spoken and written English skills, and a preference for candidates with O/A Levels background or IELTS certification.
Job Location: DHA, Lahore. Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM), Onsite, 5 days a week.
