Job Description
Greaves Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated individuals to fill the role of Genset Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate should possess a degree (BA/BCOM/BTech/DAE) and have 1-2 years of experience in coordination or back office support roles.
As a Genset Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and managing all activities related to service calls. You will correspond with customers and designate service technicians to ensure effective and efficient after-sales support.
