Job Description
Role Summary:
Zeta Technologies is seeking a dedicated Executive NOC to ensure smooth network operations. The ideal candidate will manage shift activities, resolve technical issues, and oversee provisioning and routing tasks.
Duties Include:
- Monitoring messaging traffic and troubleshooting Level 1 issues.
- Handling complaints through various communication platforms.
- Executing provisioning and routing requests and generating operational reports.
- Conducting interconnection and testing for wholesale messaging carriers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field; 1 year in a related role; proficiency in SIP, SMPP, and Linux; strong analytical skills; and fluency in English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
