About the Role:
Join our leading Food & Ingredient company as an experienced Assistant Manager in Production. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality, optimize resources, and drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production to meet quality and efficiency targets.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and maintenance departments.
- Lead and train staff effectively.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years in production management in Pharma.
- B. Pharm / Pharm. D required.
- Excellent leadership skills.
