We are seeking an Operations Support Officer to manage daily Control Room Operations. Responsibilities include assisting employees with their queries, guiding them through troubleshooting processes, and confirming shifts. You will be responsible for updating duty times in our Roster Management System and escalating priority issues to management as needed.
Required skills include strong English communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and professionalism. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and freshers are encouraged to apply.
