We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sahane, located on Tariq Road, Karachi. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support, manage inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers both online and in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, and orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
