We are a leading inbound contact center collaborating with taxi companies across the UK. We seek motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Inbound Contact Centre Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from taxi customers and drivers
- Assist with booking and dispatching taxi services
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 1 year of call center experience
Work Location: Phase 6, Bahria Town, Islamabad
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
