Job Description
Zeta Technologies is seeking a dedicated Associate NOC to ensure seamless network operations. The ideal candidate will monitor traffic, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist in provisioning and routing activities.
Responsibilities include monitoring network traffic, handling Level 1 issues, managing complaints through a ticket system, and maintaining compliance with KPIs and company policies. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of relevant experience is required, along with proficiency in SIP/SMPP and Microsoft Office Suite.
Location: Corporate Office, I-9/3, Islamabad. Number of positions: 1.
