Job Description

Facilitative Employment Services (Private) LIMITED is seeking an experienced Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all accounting functions, manage budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliance with financial policies, and mentor the finance team.
Requirements: CA Finalist with 5-6 years of experience in finance roles, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 365).
Compensation: Competitive salary package and growth opportunities. Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs250,00.00 – Rs300,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person.
