Job Description
Countrywide Construction is seeking an experienced HR & Administrative Coordinator to manage all human resource and administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and select employees, conduct interviews, and onboard new staff.
- Maintain employee records and manage payroll, leaves, and benefits.
- Supervise office maintenance, manage supplies, and organize travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or related field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Location: M.i Tower Nasheman Iqbal Phase 1, Lahore
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
Work Type: Full-time, in person
