Job Description
VirtualRep SMC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chat Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in online chat support, providing timely and professional assistance to our US-based customers.
Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via chat, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services. Strong communication skills, particularly in written English, are essential.
This is a full-time position based in Gulberg, Lahore, with work hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PKST), offering a monthly salary of Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00.
