Job Description
A & A Services Enterprises is seeking a confident and experienced Outbound Call Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience, preferably in the medical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Effectively communicate product and service details.
- Listen to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Maintain professionalism and high customer service standards.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets.
