Job Description
BFL Consultants Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager to oversee our reception area. Key responsibilities include supervising front desk activities, greeting clients with professionalism, managing communications, maintaining client records, and training staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields, proven experience in front office management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities and be able to work under pressure.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month. Work location is in person.
