Job Description
A reputable telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representor (Premium) to join our team in Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls effectively.
- Provide online support regarding telecom services.
- Follow up with the operations team for fault rectifications beyond 48 hours.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults for respective regions.
- Execute special tasks as assigned during shifts.
Qualifications: Inter/Bachelor’s degree, fresher or 1 year of experience preferred.
Salary: Rs. 37,00.00 – Rs. 45,00.00 per month (depends on interview).
Shifts: Monthly rotational (morning, evening, night for males; only morning for females).
