Job Description

Department: Retail Banking

Reports To: General Manager

Job Purpose: Lead and manage a network of branches, driving business growth, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Focus on achieving targets in deposits, advances, and profitability while fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of banking experience in leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and compliance
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Pay: Rs250,00.00 – Rs400,00.00 per month
