Job Description
We are hiring an Executive Assistant for our USA-based client, to be stationed onsite in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, travel plans, and communications.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare reports/minutes.
- Act as a bridge between the Karachi and US teams.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Prior experience supporting executives (international experience preferred).
Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
