Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative at Digitech Outsourcing Solution. Your duties include answering customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls, responding to service inquiries and complaints, and attending training and team meetings.
To qualify, you should possess excellent English skills, a good typing speed, and manage different shift timings. Experience in customer service is preferred.
Compensation ranges from Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 80,00 per month. Training is paid and we are hiring immediately!
