Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise team activities and ensure compliance with policies and KPIs.

- Conduct meetings and performance reviews.
- Monitor performance and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 1–2 years of Team Lead experience in a call center or BPO.
- Proficient in MS Excel and available for rotational shifts.
